There is no “one size fit all” approach when it comes to healing trauma. April @blossomingfrmwithin is a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach through the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaches. She is a coach with lived experience (not a therapist) in multiple and complex traumas. Her recovery and healing work ranges from abuses such as bullying to assault and medical trauma. She also holds a degree and diploma in Recreation and Leisure which allows her to help guide people in developing leisure coping skills and connecting within as part of their healing.
