Maria Milanetti

Maria has worked as a Partner at MarchFifteen Consulting Inc for over 14 years. She runs their Independent and Family Business Practice and also does consulting work in the Public Sector. Before working at MarchFifteen she held roles as a Hospital VP and a Director of Administration and Planning in healthcare. She also worked in higher education and at another consulting firm.

Maria has an M.B.A. from the Rotman School at UofT and is a certified coach and organizational development practitioner.

She is a mother of three grown children and has held many volunteer roles. These roles include serving as a volunteer Executive Coach and as a Board member and Chair.  Her most recent Board experience was as a Board Member on the Foundation and Institute Boards for Pine River Institute an organization working with adolescents between 13 and 18 years old who are dealing with mental health and addiction challenges.

She is thrilled to be a part of the Unsinkable Board, and to help out wherever she can.
