Lola Thomson is a Registered Psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and community advocate who bridges lived experience with professional practice. Living with her own journey of anxiety and neurodivergence, she brings authenticity and compassion into her work with clients and communities. Lola weaves creativity into healing—through writing, art, and storytelling—believing that expression is as vital as clinical tools in the path toward wellness.
