Jennifer Elia is a workplace wellness leader, Advisor, and Storyteller with Unsinkable.
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, benefits, and workplace health, Jennifer has worked across corporate, consulting, and not-for-profit settings, including senior roles with leading Canadian financial institutions. Over time, her work has deepened to focus on how systems, leadership, and workplace culture shape wellbeing and performance.
This perspective informs her commitment to Unsinkable’s mission: creating space for lived experience to be shared in ways that foster understanding, hope, and belonging. She is especially interested in the moments where personal story meets collective experience—and where leadership vulnerability contributes to psychological health and safety.
Alongside her advisory role, Jennifer is the Founder of JewellWorks Inc., where she helps organizations take more intentional, human-centred approaches to workplace wellbeing. Across all of her work, she is guided by a belief that small, thoughtful shifts in how we listen, lead, and speak about mental health can create meaningful and lasting change.
