Her journey began in communications and public relations on the agency side before she began a 15-year career with Roche Canada, where she held numerous roles in stakeholder relations, communications, sales, marketing and patient experience. Farah believes deeply in the value of patient engagement and in the ability of patients to contribute meaningfully to health care system solutions.
