I am a former Youth Mentor from 2012-2021, and my focus was helping youth find their internal heroes. I have also been a public speaker ever since 2012, focusing primarily on youth audiences.

I have been a mental health advocate also ever since 2012, and have been diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, persistent depressive disorder, and a history of 15 concussions. As of 2025 I have also become an advocate for chronic illness, and have been diagnosed with Severe Degenerative Disc Disease and Spinal Stenosis.

I am a full-time content creator and streamer with Twitch, and I focus on mental health friendly cozy games. As a streamer on Twitch my focus is building a community that is safe, inclusive, and shares a passion for gaming.

I am also very passionate about researching the positives that video games have on youth, and helping youth and families build and maintain healthy gaming habits.
