As the founder of a consultancy specializing in ESG services with a focus on DEI, Adhiguna Susilo brings a unique blend of expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, and community engagement. Adhiguna Susilo has published two poetry books on psychology and has peer reviewed publications with the British Psychological Society. She is completing her MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London UK and will be starting her DBA soon after.
