Catherine Rice has over 25 years of pharmaceutical and private healthcare experience in progressive sales and marketing roles including four unique VP positions.  Her professional expertise has focused on high performance through change management, goal prioritization, team motivation and people development.  As a recent retiree, Catherine now spends her time giving back to multiple non-profit organizations including Ronald McDonald House Charities, The Hospital for Sick Children and Look Good Feel Better.  Her personal interests include a new love of pickleball, golf, theatre and travelling to visit her three daughters spread across Canada and the UK.
