Dr. Howlett is a Psychiatrist and Head of the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Program at St. Joseph’s Health Centre - Toronto as well as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. He also works as an educator, administrator and researcher.

Dr. Howlett co-founded the Fathers’ Mental Health Program (www.fathersmentalhealth.com). It focuses on the mental health of expectant and new fathers and is the first of its kind in Canada.

Dr. Howlett is from Nova Scotia and now lives with his family in Toronto.
