Adah Pozzobon is a Communications student at Wilfrid Laurier University with a passion for storytelling, building community, and helping others feel seen and heard. She believes in the power of sharing lived experiences as a way to create connection, reduce stigma, and remind people that they are not alone.

Having grown up in an environment where open conversations and mental well-being were prioritized, Adah recognizes the impact that support and understanding can have. This perspective continues to shape both her academic work and her involvement in the mental health space.

Through her role on the media relations team at Unsinkable, Adah is excited to help amplify stories that inspire connection and reach individuals who may not yet feel supported. She hopes to use storytelling as a way to remind others that they are cared for, valued, and never alone.
