• Meghann is currently pursuing a diploma in Social Service Work at George Brown College. Meghann has dedicated their career to supporting children and youth with invisible learning difficulties, deeply understanding the impact of these challenges on mental health. As a mother of three neurodiverse sons, Meghann has firsthand experience with the mental health challenges faced by families. Passionate about destigmatizing mental health issues, Meghann is committed to advocating for robust support systems that help children, youth, and their families thrive in society.

  • The land I am standing on today is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. I also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.
